- Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
- Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. Delays caused by couriers or external factors (e.g., strikes, road closures) are outside our responsibility.
- You are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

- Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
