At FreshlyEco, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

1. Local Shipping (Lebanon)

  • Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Beirut & Surrounding Areas: Faster delivery — usually within 1–2 business days.
  • Other Regions: May take up to 3 business days, depending on location and courier schedule.
  • Delivery Partner: We work with trusted local courier companies to deliver your order safely.

2. Shipping Fees

  • 3$ all over Lebanon.

  • Free Delivery for orders above $30.

3. International Shipping

  • At this stage, we primarily deliver within Lebanon.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a message (WhatsApp, SMS, or email) when your order is ready for delivery.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, Strikes, Road closures, Unforeseen events

6. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

  • Please provide accurate delivery details when placing your order.
  • If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect additional delivery charges may apply.
